Dear Student and Parent/Guardian.

Hopefully, you are having a very nice and rested summer. We are looking forward to seeing you on Monday, August 21 st at 8:00 a.m. for the first day of class. The staff and I are anticipating a very good year with some exciting things to share with you on the first day.

Please remember to bring the following supplies: 1 pkg. blue or black pens, 1 pkg. #2 pencils, 2 1 inch binder notebooks, and 2 boxes tissues.

If you are unable to register online, please fill out and return at "Meet the Teacher" on Saturday, August 19th from 9:00 a.m. — 10:30 a.m. Your netbook will be issued at this time. Also, pictures for student ID's will be taken. If your student will be driving a vehicle to school, please plan to provide proof of insurance, a driver's license, and pay $5 for a parking permit.

Also, if your student owes any fines or needs to complete community service from the last school year, this information is included as well. Please bring money for fines and/or proof of community service completed by no later than August 19th .

On the first day, we will review the student handbook and code of conduct. Please remember the district policy regarding cell phones and any other electronic devises. Anytime one of the items are visible and taken up, a parent/guardian will be required to pick up the device and pay $15 for each occurrence.

Students will attend school on Monday — Friday from 8:00 a.m. — 3:30 p.m. with mandatory tutorials on Monday and Tuesday until 4:00 p.m. On Fridays, students who have had perfect attendance for the week and no discipline issues will be released at 2:45 p.m. Tutoring is available on Fridays until 4:00 p.m.

Please remember to brinq ALL FORMS, FEES OWED. AND SUPPLIES to "Meet the Teacher".
