Using online coursework, CISD students may earn high school credit in courses that are required for high school graduation. This is for original credit only, meaning it is not for credit recovery. Students are working independently, but will be required to attend daily sessions where a certified teacher will serve as a learning facilitator.

Students may enroll for up to one full credit each summer session, and will attend in either the morning or afternoon. Credit is granted based upon attendance and earning a passing grade in the course. Prior to enrollment, students are encouraged to visit with their high school counselor to determine which classes they should enroll in.
