accomplished by students, faculty, staff,
parents and community working together
toward student success. 

School Supplies
Please remember to bring the following supplies:
1 pkg. blue or black pens
1 pkg. #2 pencils
2 1 inch binder notebooks
2 boxes tissues

Cell Phones
Please remember the district policy regarding cell phones and any other electronic devices. Anytime one of the items are visible and taken up, a parent/guardian will be required to pick up the device and pay $15 for each occurrence.


Class Schedule
Students will attend school on Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with mandatory tutorials on Monday and Tuesday until 4:00 p.m. On Fridays, students who have had perfect attendance for the week and no discipline issues will be released at 2:45 p.m. Tutoring is available on Fridays until 4:00 p.m.

Student Progress Monitoring
In order to assure a consistent and efficient procedure in student progress monitoring, students were introduced to a new progress monitoring system on Monday, November 26th, 2018.

On October 24th, nine REACH students attended the first of seven sessions in the Northwest YMCA Future Leaders Program. Melany A., George C., Cody D. Elyssia E., Samuel G., Jesus G., Angel H., Elizabeth R., and Anna T. spent the day at orientation and team building at YMCA Camp Carter.

The Few, The Proud
When a student enrolls in REACH High School, not only is there an immediate focus on the goal of graduation, but there is also an immediate focus on a successful life beyond graduation. For this reason, guest speakers are invited to speak with our students in many various capacities. This year, in addition to colleges, trade schools, and such, each branch of the military will be presenting information to our students.

Students and staff gathered in the Commons Area on September 6th to reexamine the school’s current vision statement. Mrs. Byther led the students and staff in a process which began with the definition of a vision statement and continuing with a vision writing session.
